I switched from Neocities to Free Web Hosting Area.
The reason is that I wanted the Armansite as a subdomain like orgfree.com.
I found it on a Rainy Sunday Free Web Hosting Area.
The Armansite as a subdomain was not taken so I quickly took the Domain.
I would recommend WordPress as a beginner.

and you will host it on Neocities or Free Web Hosting Area
So some like the chatroom and the froser webpages needed to be hosted on Neocities but we tried into having to upload via FileZilla but it 404ed
So some of the pages needed to be hosted under Neocites
So today I have added these things to Froser
You All know that if you clean Install Windows 10 or 11 the start menu will be full of 3rd party Apps and you properly asked yourself if you can do something before all of these 3rd party apps show up, here's how to Install Windows without 3rd Party Apps
DISCLAIMER: this only works if you Clean Install Windows so it won't work to your installation that you have already Installed.
We Begin starting at the beginning of the section by saying "Time and currency format" from English (US) to English (World) and you do all of the Install Progress if you then go to the Out of Bock Experneies (OOBE) there's only one single Error Saying "OOBEREGION" you can spik that because it does not know in what region you're in (cuz you picked world) you do the same progress AGAIN how you would you go to the desktop and see the Start Menu and all of the 3rd Party apps are GONE however you need to change the Region after the Install Progress because if you Open up the Microsoft Store it will say "Store is not available in your Country or Region" so you need to change the Region to English (World) to English (US) (or the region that you are) even opening up the start menu or Restart Windows the 3rd Party Apps won't Show up again it is gone it is gone
Why Does not the 3rd Party apps (Bloatware) aren't showing up?
is because all of the Bloatware is installed via what Region you are if you set it to World it does not know where you are so it does not put any of the 3rd party apps.

Well the Microsoft apps will show up because is first Party Apps, not the 3rd party ones another thing I just wanna say is the Bloatware apps Arent actually installed are Shortcuts if you click they will install from the Microsoft Store heck you need to Right Click and remove even tho is not Installed or Installed
